Shipping Damage

* If the product(s) arrives at your door with apparent damage, please refuse to sign it and then contact us immediately.

* If you have already accepted the parcel and found it was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours by Instagram (SACK.KWT) after the parcel arrived.

* Please do not throw away any packing material.
